How to Return
All Returns will be accepted within 30 days of the delivery of the item. Products that have been modified by another 3rd party jeweler or abused (scratches, nicks or other damage) will not be accepted for exchange or refunds. We do not refund any shipping expenses.
Once your returned item is received and accepted, your refund will be processed shortly. Our Quality Assurance department will review the returned item. Any items that show signs of wear or have been altered, resized, or damaged cannot be accepted for return.
Returns with No Return Authorization Number, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.
To return your purchase, please follow these simple steps:
1. Email us to receive an authorization number.
2. Pack the item to be returned and include your shipping document. 3. Insure your package. You can ship it via any carrier, but be sure that you use a trackable service. Prepaid labels may be supplied for any discretionary return reasons. We make our discount shipping rates available to you and deduct the cost of the label from the refund. For example - an item up to $100, a label cost is $6.00 and will be deducted from your total refund. An item $100 or more will raise the cost of the label because of insurance.

Precious Stars will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
All items will be shipped upon receipt of payment within 1-2 business days. Orders for rings may be delayed due to ring sizing. We offer Free USPS shipping on ALL orders to anywhere in the United States. Expedited shipping is available upon request for an additional fee.
Unless otherwise requested or stated, orders will be shipped via USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation. All First Class shipments will deliver within 2-10 business days as stated by USPS.
Orders being shipped to international destinations will be charged the cost of shipping.
Customs Duties & Other Fees
We are not responsible for international VAT or customs fees.
Q: How long will it take to ship my order?
A: We have set a standard to ship our orders within 1-3 business days, however, we try to ship the orders the same day we receive receipt of the order, it is not always possible.
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and weekends.
Q: How is my order shipped?
A: We package the product in zip bags, small jewelry boxes or pouches based on size and product. The product is then placed in a padded bubble wrap mailer and shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation so the order is traceable.
Q: How are returns handled?
A: Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of the order date.
Please contact us to receive a return authorization number (RMA) and return shipping instructions.
Returns made after the 30 day period has passed may be rejected and not refunded for the full amount.
Shipping fees are non-refundable for Buyer's Remorse returns. If an item is damaged in transit or determined to be defective, an exchange will be given if inventory on hand permits, otherwise a full refund will be given. When returning an item, be sure to ship with a confirmation delivery to track return package. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Returns are made at the buyer's expense.

Q:What needs to be included in return:
A: Jewelry and watch items with a value of $75 or more should be returned using a trackable shipping method.
All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item.In the event an item is returned without all original packaging (ie, boxes) you will be subject to a $5 fee.
Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected. Items that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.
Q: How long will it take to receive my refund?
A: We try our hardest to process returns the same day we receive them, however it varies based on the daily volume.
We guarantee that all returns that are shipped with all required details, such as a copy of an invoice, will be refunded within 24-48 business hours from the date of the returned delivery.
Q: What if I cannot find my size?
A: We update our inventory and available sizes regularly, check back often.
